We hope you’re doing well and your school year is off to a great start!
Every year we hold our annual Welcome BBQ to give our students an opportunity to meet and mingle with the 300+ of students living at our residences, make new friends, play some team-building games, meet our staff, and of course enjoy some FREE BBQ! It’s going to be a lot of fun so make sure you attend!
Based on the weather forecast, we’ve decided to schedule the BBQ for this upcoming Sunday (Sept 10th, 2017). Here are the full details:

- Cost: FREE!
It’s important that you arrive on time to sign in and collect your free BBQ ticket.

Shefford Parking Lot
Could all Shefford tenants who have cars in the parking lot please move them onto the street or at nearby parking lots to free up space for the BBQ? Please have them moved out of the parking lot for the hours of 5pm to 10pm on Sunday, September 10th, 2017.
