Before you move into your residence, you are required to have your payments arranged ahead of time. The process is very easy by following these 2 steps.Note: we will NOT be debiting anything at this time. We are simply getting your payment information arranged for your future payments.
Step 1) Call your Canadian bank (their phone number will be on the back of your bank card). If you are not able to call your bank, you can visit a local branch and the teller can help you the same way.If you don't have a Canadian bank, please get in touch with us at [email protected] to make alternative arrangements.
Step 2) Ask the agent for the following 3 pieces of information. If you have more than 1 account, ensure you select your chequing account (and not your savings account).
(a) 3 Digit Institution/Bank Number (must be exactly 3 digits)
(b) 5 Digit Transit/Branch Number (must be exactly 5 digits)
(c) 7-10 Digit Account Number
